Summary Reports |
| |
| What is the overall
progress of the class? Is the class meeting goals?
This frequency distribution report shows
the distribution of students after placement. Because
the administrator can see that some students are still
functioning below grade level, he/she can implement
a programme to focus on student growth.

Reports for Instructional Planning |

|

|
Teachers ask: Can I easily identify
those students working below grade level?
The check reports let you set a target
level and view students either above or below that
level. Teachers can focus attention on the students
needing extra support.
|
|
| |
|

|
Teachers ask: How
can I accelerate the learning of students so they will
catch up? How much time do they need?
The Forecasting (IPS) Report shows time
needed by each individual student to reach a target
goal in fundamentals in maths or reading. Giving some
students extra time on the computer and other instructional
support will enable them to achieve this goal

|
| |
|

|
Teachers ask: How can I base
my instruction on specific student needs? Can I get
up-to-date information without endless testing?

groups of students with the same needs, These reports
let teachers teach, not sort through data

and gains in a letter format

over specific intervals that the teacher selects
for example how the student has done since the last
parent conference. |
|
|
| |
| The Performance
Profile - shows the students
recent performance and cumulative performance by objective.
The profile can help identify areas of instructional
need. |
|
|
| |
| The computer-based
portfolio browser - shows
student work in progress, with comments between teacher

School Boards ask:
What is the measurable impact of the programme on student
achievement?
The Frequency Distribution Report
graphically presents student growth. The left side
distribution shows where students were at the end
of initial placements. The right side distribution

two is the performance achievement gain
